Paper Tray Rollers

• First of all, you need to turn off and unplug the HP printer. Then, pull out the printer’s paper tray and locate the printer rollers on the paper tray. Every roller is gray and black those are made of rubber. Then, remove the rollers from the tray. The printer roller on HP inkjet printers is not located on the paper tray; it is located inside of the printer where the paper tray slides into the unit. You need to remove the paper tray and then set your HP inkjet printer vertically. So that the paper tray is facing upward, and then look for the printer roller.

• At last, smear the rollers with a dry, lint-free cloth in order to remove any remaining dust particles or debris. Wait till the rollers get dry completely before locating the paper tray back into your printer. 
• Internal Pickup Roller – Laser Printers Only
• Here, you need to turn off and unplug your HP printer. Launch front door of your printer and pull the printer’s toner cartridge towards you to remove it from the printer.  
• Then you need to sit internal pickup roller of your printer. Lift the roller upward, towards the front of your printer. After this, pull the roller smoothly out from the Locate your printer’s internal pickup roller
• Here, do the same process; use 1 tbsp. of clean water or isopropyl alcohol onto a lint-free cloth and then scrub the pickup roller with the cloth. Then you need to fold the cloth in half and repeat the cleaning procedure till the roller gets free from dust and debris.

Further, you need to smear the roller with a dry, smooth cloth in order to remove any remaining dust or debris. Here, wait till the roll dry completely before you set the roller back into place inside of your HP printer. Then, you need to reinstall the toner cartridge and shut off your printer’s door.
